The HPV Vaccine Project was developed and supported by the South Central North Carolina Partnership for Public Health (SCPPH) in collaboration with several state and local agencies. The SCPPH is a coalition of health departments working to improve the quality of health for persons living in 13 southeastern North Carolina counties. The project is currently being implemented in Cumberland, Harnett, Richmond, and Robeson counties.
